Mr. Parvez Ahmad, the Operations Manager at Aluwings Infra-Tech Limited , oversees and coordinates various working models, including cutting, ready-made, and installation models. He plays a pivotal role in developing procurement and production schedules while ensuring adherence to quality control standards. Mr. Ahmad also focuses on managing process improvements to ensure tasks are completed on schedule. He conducts training for fabricators at the standard level, equipping them with the necessary skills for optimal performance. With his extensive experience and expertise, Mr. Ahmad contributes to the smooth operation of Aluwings Infra-Tech factory.

Equipped with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Psychology from Dr. RML University, Ayodhya, Mr. Shailendra Kumar brings a treasure trove of knowledge and expertise to his role as a business leader. His academic achievements complement his stature as a distinguished and thoughtful leader in the dynamic aluminum and facade industry. He has played a pivotal role in scaling up and expanding Aluwings’ facade business operations, achieving remarkable success and growth. Additionally, he oversees the company’s entire logistics system. With a mission to establish Aluwings’ presence across India, Mr. Kumar’s strategic prowess has driven the expansion from Lucknow to pan-India.
